Dear customers, We inform you that LLUIS JANÉ BUSQUETS LABORATORI D’ANÀLISI S.L. offers analytical services directly related to so-called essential or basic necessity services, such as all those related to the agri-food sector. As stated in Royal Decree-Law 10/2020, published yesterday in the Spanish Official State Gazette, March 29, 2020, "Compliance verification activities" are considered activities related to essential services, which guarantees our operation throughout the period subject to the Alarm State. We have organized so that our entire team of professionals, during this period of crisis, continues working to offer results that guarantee the correct supply of essential services that our clients provide to the population. We have adopted the necessary hygiene and disinfection measures to guarantee the health security of our staff, customers and suppliers. Additionally, we inform you that the courier services are working normally, ensuring the arrival of the samples at our Laboratory. More than ever, we want to convey all our support and thank the trust placed in us.

Dear customers, We are glad to inform you about the issuance of our new Technical Annex according to UNE-EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2017. We have extended the scope of accreditation according to the: ACCREDITATION PROGRAM: "PHYSICAL-CHEMICAL TESTS OF OLIVE OILS AND OLIVE POMACE OILS" (NT-70.06) *. The Accreditation Program covers all the physical-chemical tests necessary for the quality and purity characteristics of olive oils. The fundamental objective of establishing this Accreditation Program is to provide clear information to the market and, where appropriate, to the competent authorities, that the laboratory, beyond being accredited in specific tests, provides an integral accredited service that includes all the tests of quality and purity control of olive oils subject to commercial exchanges (eg export) and which must comply with the established technical specifications, more in line with the demands of the market and official control requirements. We are glad to inform you about our recently updated Schedule of Accreditation after having successfully completed the ENAC audit in June. We have achieved the extension of Accredited services according to the UNE EN ISO 17025 Standard. We also attach the Certificate as we are Recognized by the International Olive Council as a physical-chemical laboratory for the current period 2017-2018. Thank you very much for your attention. Dear client, We are writing to inform you of the use of electronic signature in all our reports from now on. This is aligned with our efforts to improve the quality of our report delivery service, and comply with the high quality requirements in the delivery of reports by laboratories. From last week all the reports sent by email to our cotumers have already the electronic signature. The signature in electronic format will be found at the bottom of the last page of the results report, next to the rubric, under the name "Document electronically signed and certified by:" followed by the name of the responsible person. Its use gives a number of advantages in terms of quality of service and safety in the format used: Acknowledgment of who signs and validity of the signature.
